What exactly is a 'Mod' watch?
A mod watch is a custom-built timepiece that uses high-quality aftermarket parts and reliable Seiko movements to create a unique design not available in standard retail catalogs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each watch is hand-assembled to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for assembly and testing, followed by 1-3 business days for tracked shipping within the UK.
Are your watches water resistant?
Most of our builds are rated for 5ATM to 10ATM water resistance. However, as these are custom pieces, we recommend avoiding deep diving or high-pressure water contact to ensure longevity.
Do you offer a warranty on your builds?
Yes, all Mod Watches UK timepieces come with a 12-month mechanical warranty covering the movement and assembly defects.
Can I request a custom design not seen on your site?
Absolutely. We love bespoke projects. Please contact our team via the 'Custom Commission' page to discuss specific dials, hands, or cases for your dream build.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused watches in their original packaging. Please note that fully bespoke commissions may be subject to different terms.
