At Mod Watches UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our UK-based quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
